Why do you need reviews?

Google reviews are incredibly important. When looking for a local business, whether that be an insurance agent, lawyer, restaurant or even tattoo parlor, 90% of people reported that they look at the business’s reviews and base their decision off of them.

Most businesses have low star reviews, or less than ten reviews on Google. That means competition is generally pretty weak in this area, even though it’s extremely important. Revive helps you to get more positive reviews, and filter out negative ones.

Sending reviews requests is extremely easy. All you need to do is hit the “SEND” button on your dashboard and type in the client’s name and phone number. Your customer will then receive a text message asking them to leave a review.

If they hit five stars, our software sends them straight to Google. If they hit anything less, it is sent directly to the business owner to be dealt with internally. Our text messages have about a 55% conversion rate. Meaning that 55% of people that receive one of our texts will leave a positive review on Google.

If they hit less than 5 star, the customer gets sent to a form, instead of Google. Whatever feedback they give (including their rating) goes directly to your office. You still get to see what is negative, it just doesn’t get online and disrupt your business.
